Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with responsibility for enterprise platforms.
• 10+ years leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce org rationalization or consolidation, including data, integration, security, and change impacts.
• 5+ years in executive stakeholder management, vendor negotiations, financial planning, and business-case/benefit realization.
• Salesforce multi-org strategy, platform architecture, environment strategy, lifecycle, limits, and technical-debt management.
• Salesforce Administrator/Platform App Builder certification or equivalent experience; Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce vision, governance, and CoE operating model across the enterprise.
• Oversee platform health, security, reliability, and risk management for Salesforce.
• Build durable relationships with Sales Ops, Service, Product, Security, and other leaders; translate priorities into enterprise choices.
• Create guardrails for configuration, development, integration, data, identity, security, and DevSecOps.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and scale safely.
• Define reference architectures, API patterns, and data governance with data leaders.
• Lead Salesforce instance rationalization and roadmap efforts to maximize business value.
• Manage vendor relations, licensing, renewals, and cost optimization; drive commercial negotiations.
• Provide mentoring and ensure adoption of best practices across teams.
