Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director to own the Salesforce Platform and lead the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem across FMS, SCS, and RLM.

This leader sets the vision, operating model, governance, and investment priorities, ensuring platform health, security, data integrity, and sustained business value. The role chairs the Salesforce Center of Excellence, partners with business and technology leaders, and guides talent and roadmaps to enable innovative, compliant, and scalable Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive technology leadership with enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and governance across the org.
• Ensure platform health, security, reliability, and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Service, Product, Security, and EA teams.
