Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to lead hands-on configuration and client engagement on multi-solution projects. You will work directly with customers to understand requirements, design and implement Salesforce solutions, and ensure delivery from discovery through post-launch support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products including configuring/building solutions in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certs with 4+ years on the platform.
• Experience across discovery, design, build, test, deployment and support lifecycle.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into workable platform solutions and to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales discovery; document requirements; help translate into a Scope of Work.
• Estimate implementation effort with directors/architects; identify needed skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and map processes.
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities and best practices.
• Own assigned workstreams; configure solutions hands-on while coordinating with the team.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions.
• Build declarative automation, data models, security/sharing, reports, dashboards.
• Support integrations, data migration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Create and execute test plans; support UAT; ensure quality delivery.
• Document designs/configs; deliver end-user training; deploy and support.
