Job summary
PitchBook, a Morningstar company, is seeking a Manager, Salesforce Administration in Seattle to lead the Salesforce admin team and ensure platform reliability and scalability across GTM systems.
You will drive governance, enable data integrity, and partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, and IT to deliver CRM solutions supporting growth. This role combines hands-on configuration with people leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with declarative configuration, automation, and data management.
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
- 2+ years of experience directly managing CRM administrators.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Salesforce admins with clear goals and growth plans.
- Own day-to-day platform operations, monitor health, security, and adoption.
- Coordinate releases, environments, testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
- Administer Salesforce integrations with GTM tools ensuring reliable data flow.
- Partner with product and delivery to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
