Job summary

Spire Global Inc. is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator & Developer to own the CRM foundation (Salesforce & HubSpot) and drive GTM operations excellence.

You will bridge business requirements with scalable technical solutions, focusing on administration, automation, integrations, and adoption across Sales and Marketing teams. You’ll tackle data structure optimization, workflow scalability, and platform stability while enabling a robust, future-proof tech stack.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator and Developer with data modeling and validation rules.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder; Developer I preferred.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware for integrations (e.g., Celigo, MuleSoft).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, user permissions, configurations, data quality, and system health.
• Design and implement automations using Salesforce Flow and manage releases and sandboxes.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of system improvements and integrations with HubSpot.
• Build dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.
• Provide level-2 support and ensure platform stability across GTM workflows.
