Job summary

Spire Global Inc. hires a hands-on Salesforce Administrator & Developer to own the CRM foundation across Salesforce Sales Cloud and HubSpot Marketing Hub, aligning with our revenue strategy.

You will bridge business requirements with scalable technical solutions, focus on administration, development, integrations, and architecture, and enable strong user adoption across Sales and Marketing teams in a hybrid work setting. The anticipated base salary range is $90,000–$110,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Salesforce core platform and architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
• Salesforce certifications: Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder; Developer I preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations: REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Strong knowledge of B2B funnel mechanics and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, user & permission management, data management, and system health.
• Design and implement Automations using Salesforce Flow.
• Lead technical delivery of system improvements end-to-end including testing and deployment.
• Manage Salesforce releases, sandboxes, and deployment processes.
• Maintain data quality across Salesforce Sales Cloud and HubSpot integration.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports for Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Provide L2 support for CRM users.
