Job summary

Quilt Software is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own the administration of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This mid-level delivery role focuses on sprint work and keeping the platform healthy across multiple business units.

You'll collaborate with Business Analyst, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Support, building flows, reports, and dashboards, while maintaining data integrity and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration in a single org with meaningful complexity.
• Strong depth in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with broader knowledge of the other cloud.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot complex, interdependent Flows and automation.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Trailhead/Trailblazer Profile URL in application; Salesforce certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, reports and dashboards.
• Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and record types across Clouds.
• Maintain integrations with third-party tools; diagnose issues and propose fixes.
• Document designs, SOPs, data dictionary, and release notes; enable teams.
• Collaborate with GTM Systems, Sales Ops, CS, and Support stakeholders.
