Figma is seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator to partner with cross-functional teams and lead UAT for Salesforce changes. You will own onboarding processes, track engagement, and drive revenue attribution initiatives across the partner ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Salesforce admin roles, strong documentation, and the ability to design scalable automations and integrations with Salesforce. The role suits a detailed, collaborative professional in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator with Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management.
• Ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, and integrations.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Nice to Have: SaaS Go-To-Market experience, SCRUM/agile, Salesforce certifications or Revenue Cloud experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce-related operational inquiries from the partnership team and cross-functional partners.
• Drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce enhancements, releases, and system changes.
• Build and maintain scalable processes for partner onboarding, engagement tracking, and revenue attribution.
