Job summary

Race Communications is hiring a Sales Training Program Specialist to develop, implement, and scale our sales training framework across inside and door-to-door channels. You will help design onboarding, manage LMS, and train both internal teams and contractor partners, delivering hands-on coaching to improve performance.

The role requires 3-5 years in sales training or enablement, strong public speaking, and proficiency with Salesforce/LMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Ability to travel 25-50% including overnight travel
• Proficiency with MS Office and teleconferencing tools
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience designing and scaling training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency required; Spanish desirable
• Ability to work remotely from home office in California

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and scaling of the company's sales training infrastructure.
• Assist in onboarding programs and LMS platform management.
• Deliver coaching to sales representatives and leadership across inside and field sales channels.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Operations, and contractor teams to align training with business goals.
• Contribute to performance improvement and scalable training ecosystems.
