Responsibilities

Facilitate live training that changes behavior for onboarding, product launches, and sales tactics.
Design and run deliberate practice with role plays, drills, and real-time feedback.
Own the annual training roadmap and align programs with priorities and sales cycles.
Co-design training programs with the Learning Experience Designer using field observations and rep feedback.
Deliver manager enablement to teach frontline leaders how to coach trained skills.
Partner with sales operations to translate segment needs into training priorities.
