Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Sales Training Manager to lead the CLC Sales Training team, shaping onboarding, ramp, and ongoing enablement across products, systems, and go-to-market skills. You will partner with CLC Sales leadership to translate priorities into scalable learning and reinforcement plans.

You will drive the adoption of AI-enabled coaching, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with Revenue Operations to measure impact and improve delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of combined experience in sales training, sales enablement, or related function.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams with measurable impact.
• Experience partnering with Sales leaders and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Sales Training team; set priorities and foster accountability.
• Partner with Sales leadership to translate priorities into practical enablement.
• Own onboarding and ramp programs with role-based paths and live learning.
• Oversee design and delivery of training for skills, product, systems, and GTM.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled coaching and conversational intelligence.
• Measure impact using data, feedback, and field observations.
