Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Sales Training Manager to lead the CLC Sales Training team, translating business priorities into practical learning, coaching, and readiness solutions. You will guide onboarding, ramp, and ongoing enablement across product, systems, and GTM changes.

The role partners with Sales leadership and Global Revenue Operations to standardize practices, measure impact, and scale learning through live and digital formats. Strong leadership and AI-savvy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales training, enablement, or related function.
• Experience leading, coaching, and delivering for Sales leaders and teams.
• Experience serving as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B sales, frontline manager needs, and sales workflows.
• Experience designing onboarding, sales skills, product and change enablement programs.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable learning and reinforcement plans.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled coaching and sales tech; willingness to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CLC Sales Training team, setting priorities and accountability.
• Serve as primary enablement partner for CLC Sales leadership and priorities.
• Identify performance gaps and translate needs into concrete training plans.
• Own new-hire onboarding and ramp strategy with role-based paths and live learning.
• Oversee design and delivery of sales skills, product, systems, and GTM training.
• Drive methodology adoption, coaching, certifications, and manager enablement.
• Apply AI coaching and conversational intelligence to improve workflows.
