Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Sales Training Manager to lead the CLC Sales Training team, shaping the strategy and execution of onboarding, product training, and ongoing enablement for a global B2B sales organization.

You will partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners to close capability gaps, drive adoption of AI-enabled coaching, and deliver scalable learning resources and live or virtual training across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, learning and development, communications, education, or related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced professional certification preferred.
• 7+ years of combined experience in sales training, enablement, or related field.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees with ownership of priorities and delivery.
• Ability to partner with Sales leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM and learning platforms; Salesforce and Workday Learning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Training team; set priorities, align resources, and foster accountability.
• Serve as primary enablement partner for CLC Sales leadership and translate business needs into training plans.
• Own onboarding and ramp programs, including role-based learning paths and live learning.
• Oversee design and delivery of sales skills, product, and systems training; drive go-to-market readiness.
• Drive adoption of sales methodology, coaching, and manager enablement with practical training.
• Lead adoption of conversational intelligence and AI-enabled coaching tools.
