Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in the United States is seeking a Sales Training Manager to lead the CLC Sales Training team, oversee onboarding and ramp programs, and drive design and delivery of sales skills, product, systems, and go-to-market training. The role partners with FCC and Global Revenue Operations to set standards and measure impact.

Travel up to 15% may be required. You will work with senior Sales leadership, develop training resources, use AI-enabled coaching, and ensure content stays current

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees and teams.
• Experience serving as primary partner to Sales leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing onboarding, sales skills, product/system/onboarding enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the CLC Sales Training team and set priorities.
• Own onboarding and ramp programs with role-based learning paths and live learning.
• Oversee design and delivery of sales skills, product, systems, and go-to-market training.
• Drive sales methodology adoption, coaching, certifications, and manager enablement.
• Apply AI-enabled coaching tools and sales productivity technologies in workflows.
• Collaborate with FCC and Global Revenue Operations to adopt standards and measure impact.
