Job summary

You will develop onboarding and ramp programs, oversee sales skills, product and AI enablement, and measure impact with cross-functional partners across FCC and Global Revenue Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees with responsibility for priorities and team delivery.
• Experience serving as a trusted partner and primary contact for Sales leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B sales environment and understanding of frontline manager needs.
• Experience designing onboarding, sales skills, product, systems, and change enablement programs.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the CLC Sales Training team and set priorities.
• Serve as the primary enablement partner for CLC Sales leadership.
• Own onboarding and ramp programs, including role-based learning paths and live learning.
• Deliver sales skills, product, systems, process, and go-to-market training.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled coaching and productivity tools.
