Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Sales Training Manager to lead the CLC Sales Training team, shaping the strategy for onboarding, ramp, product readiness, and sales skills enablement. You will act as the primary partner to CLC Sales leadership and work with Global Revenue Operations to standardize practices.

You will oversee curriculum design, live and virtual delivery, and the adoption of AI-enabled coaching tools, ensuring alignment with current products, processes, and seller workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, learning and development, education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree or professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the CLC Sales Training team and set priorities.
• Serve as primary enablement partner for CLC Sales leadership.
• Identify performance gaps and translate needs into training and reinforcement plans.
• Oversee onboarding and ramp programs with role-based learning paths.
• Design and deliver sales skills, product, systems, and go-to-market training.
• Drive adoption of sales methodology and AI-enabled coaching.
• Use analytics to prioritize enablement solutions and measure impact.
• Collaborate with FCC and Global Revenue Operations enablement partners.
