Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) years or more Sales or Account Manager with coaching experience in a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and develop coaching plans with sales leadership.
• Consult field sales leaders.
• Deliver sales training via classroom and webinar.
• Suggest training content and delivery methods.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities from program evaluations and leadership feedback.
• Leverage Teams for virtual training sessions and manage attendance.
