Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program, partnering with field sales leadership to create targeted development plans and coaching paths for sales reps. The role focuses on improving productivity and sales skills through individualized coaching and assessments.

The position involves delivering training sessions, facilitating webinars, and meeting with sales staff to review IDPs and progress, with independent decision-making in training management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent
7+ years in Sales or Account Management with coaching experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team and curate development plans
Serve as consultant to field sales leaders and provide coaching support
Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar, designing content with Sales Training organization
Recommend training content improvements and opportunities based on evaluations and feedback
Identify continuous improvement opportunities through program evaluations and leadership input
