Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales or Account Management with coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and develop coaching plans with sales leaders.
• Consult field sales leaders and facilitate training via classroom and webinar.
• Design content and modalities for training with Sales Training organization.
• Drive continuous improvement from evaluations and feedback.
• Coach and motivate salespeople and review progress with leadership.
