Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coach within the Ryder Sales University program to enhance the effectiveness of the sales and support talent in the SCS/DTS Sales organization.

The role focuses on individualized learning paths, coaching, and collaboration with field leaders to drive productivity and sales skill development. Responsibilities include delivering training, developing IDPs, monitoring progress, and facilitating sessions via Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of sales or account management with coaching experience in a multi-channel environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; curate development plans; follow-up on activities and progress.
• Consult with field sales leaders
• Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; decide on delivery content and design with Sales Training.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and modality
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities based on evaluations and feedback.
