Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program, focusing on coaching and development for field sales talent within the SCS/DTS Sales organization.

You will regularly meet with salespeople to review assessments, IDPs, and progress, and will deliver training via classroom and webinar, coordinating with Sales Training to shape content and methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) years or more Sales or Account Manager with successful sales and coaching experience within a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; curate development plans and coach salespeople.
• Consult field sales leaders for training needs and opportunities.
• Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; decide on delivery content and design.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and modality.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on program evaluations and leadership feedback.
