Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program within the SCS/DTS Sales organization. You will work with field sales leadership to identify training opportunities, develop IDPs, and coach salespeople to boost productivity and skills.

Responsibilities include delivering in-person and webinar training, using Teams for sessions, and partnering with leaders to implement coaching plans. Travel estimated at 20-30% is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing required.
• 7+ years of Sales or Account Manager experience with coaching in a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; curate development plans and coach salespeople.
• Consult with field sales leaders.
• Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; decide on delivery method with Sales Training organization.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design and modality.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities based on evaluations and feedback.
