Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program within the SCS/DTS Sales organization. You will coach, review assessments, and develop individualized development plans to boost sales productivity through targeted training paths and coaching.

Responsibilities include delivering training via classroom and webinar, consulting with field leaders, and using Teams for virtual sessions, with independent decision making and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
Seven (7) years or more Sales or Account Manager with successful sales and coaching experience within a multi-channel business service environment.
Multi-channel sales experience and coaching background preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; curate development plans and follow up with progress.
Consult with field sales leaders to identify training opportunities and tailor content.
Deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; design content and delivery methods with Sales Training.
Seek continuous improvement opportunities based on program evaluations and leadership feedback.
