Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in Sales or Account Management with coaching experience.
• Experience in multi-channel business services.
• Strong coaching and development planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; create development plans.
• Consult field sales leaders.
• Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar.
• Provide recommendations on training content and modality.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities from evaluations and feedback.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and support Teams sessions.
