Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; curate development plans including coaching, development, and motivation.
• Consult field sales leaders to identify training opportunities.
• Deliver training via classroom and webinars; decide delivery method with Sales Training organization.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and modality.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities based on program evaluations and leadership feedback.
