Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program within the SCS/DTS Sales organization.

You will partner with field sales leadership to identify development opportunities, review assessments and IDPs, and deliver coaching to boost productivity and sales skills. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) years or more Sales or Account Manager with successful sales and coaching experience within a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team.
• Consultant to the field sales leaders.
• Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar.
• Provide recommendation and assistance on training content, design, and modality.
• Seek out and deploy continuous improvement opportunities based on program evaluations, leadership feedback, and sales training best practices.
