Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in Sales or Account Manager with coaching experience within a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team and curate development plans.
• Consult with field sales leaders to identify coaching opportunities.
• Facilitate and deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; decide on delivery method and design with Sales Training.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and modality.
• Seek out and implement continuous improvement opportunities based on evaluations and leadership feedback.
