Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainer/Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program, partnering with field sales leadership to identify development opportunities and accelerate productivity.

The role involves coaching, classroom and webinar delivery, and ongoing collaboration across HQ and sales teams. You will review assessments, IDPs, and progress with sales professionals, facilitate sessions via Teams, and drive continuous improvement with leadership feedback to maximize sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years sales or account management with coaching experience in a multi-channel environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team and curate development plans.
• Consult with field sales leaders to identify training opportunities and coaching.
• Deliver sales training via classroom or webinar and assist with content design and delivery.
• Assist in continuous improvement of the program based on evaluations and feedback.
