Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist in online training. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the sales process, maintaining high levels of customer service, identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring successful implementation of online training solutions. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage client accounts.
• Experience in delivering or managing Training programs, particularly in an online or digital format.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, relationship-building, and negotiating skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for sales and training delivery is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory depending on proven experience.
