Job summary

Race Communications seeks a Sales Training Program Specialist to develop, implement, and scale our sales training infrastructure. You will drive onboarding programs, manage our LMS, and enable scalable train-the-trainer models for inside and field sales, including contractor teams.

The role requires travel up to 50% and a home office in California, with a strong emphasis on coaching and delivering measurable performance improvements. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and DMV check.
• 25–50% travel, including overnight travel; home office in California.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• 3–5 years in sales, sales training, enablement, or coaching roles.
• Experience with inside and outside sales and contractor training.
• Ability to design, implement, and scale training programs.
• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS and data dashboards; strong analytics.
• Effective communication across stakeholders; telecommunication industry preferred.
• English proficiency; Spanish desirable.
