Job summary

Race Telecommunications, Inc. is hiring a Sales Training Program Specialist to develop, implement, and scale sales training across inside sales and D2D channels. You will coach reps and leaders, optimize onboarding, and manage the LMS to ensure consistent performance across markets.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales training, proficiency with Salesforce and LMS platforms, and the ability to travel 25–50%. California remote work is supported as part of a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship.
• Home office in California suitable for remote work
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, sales training, enablement, or coaching roles, with increasing responsibility
• Proven success supporting both inside and outside sales environments, including contractor teams
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale training programs
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience developing structured training content, onboarding programs, and instructional materials
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS and sales enablement platforms
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data into training improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cross-functional teams
• Experience in telecommunications or high-growth, performance-driven industries preferred
• English communication proficiency; Spanish desirable

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and scaling of the sales training infrastructure.
• Design and execution of onboarding programs and scalable training frameworks.
• Manage and optimize the LMS platform and trainer models for internal and external teams.
• Provide hands‑on coaching to sales reps and frontline leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and contractor teams to align training with business goals.
