Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Sales Training Program Specialist to develop, implement, and scale our sales training infrastructure across inside sales and door-to-door channels. You will manage onboarding, LMS, and train-the-trainer models, coaching both reps and frontline leaders to ensure alignment with our messaging and customer experience.

The role requires 3-5 years in sales training or enablement, strong presentation skills, and experience with Salesforce and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent requirement.
• Valid driver’s license; DMV check.
• Ability to travel 25%-50% including overnight trips.
• Home office in California suitable for remote work.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• 3-5 years in sales, sales training, enablement, or coaching roles.
• Experience supporting both inside and outside sales environments, including contractor teams.
• Ability to design, implement, and scale training programs.
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience creating structured training content and onboarding programs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS, and data/reporting dashboards.
• Analytical skills to translate performance data into improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence without direct authority.
• Experience in telecom or high-growth industries preferred.
• English proficiency; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and scale the company’s sales training infrastructure across inside and D2D channels.
• Design onboarding programs and manage LMS platform.
• Support scalable train-the-trainer models for internal and external teams.
• Provide hands-on coaching to sales reps and frontline leadership.
• Align training with company standards, messaging, and customer experience expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Operations, and contractor teams.
• Contribute to performance improvement and consistency across markets.
