Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Sales Training Program Specialist to develop, implement, and scale our sales training infrastructure across inside and door-to-door channels. The role supports onboarding, LMS maintenance, and scalable training frameworks with contractor teams.

The position requires 3–5 years in sales/training, strong public speaking, and experience with Salesforce and LMS platforms. Remote-from-home work in California with 25–50% travel, including overnight trips, is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in sales, sales training, enablement or coaching
• Experience with both inside and field/door-to-door sales environments
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS and data dashboards
• Strong public speaking, presentation and facilitation skills
• Spanish language desirable
