Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, 2+ years in training and facilitation, strong CRM/CMA knowledge, project management, and excellent written communication. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years training and development experience.
• 2+ years presentation and facilitation experience.
• Proven knowledge of CRM/CMA systems.
• Proven project management skills.
• Excellent written communication skills to produce/edit/present technical documentation, training plans, and reports.
• Must be able to travel (50% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Assess needed improvements for technical, sales and communication skills.
• Design, develop and deliver training with business partners to elevate skills.
• Create methods to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Develop training agendas and materials including manuals, leader’s guides, online modules, and webinars.
• Coordinate training delivery for new product and system rollouts.
• Collaborate with other trainers to maintain or enhance programs.
• Serve as expert and mentor for on-site staff and trainers.
