Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products, offers an Account Representative training program in California. Year one compensation ranges from $42,400 to $47,400 with salary and bonus structure, plus mileage and cell phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Relationship management experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to identify opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management in a designated territory to understand customer needs.
• Cold calling to grow a book of business in the territory.
• Plan weekly routes to prioritize growth and meetings.
• Demonstrate products and communicate value to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through training programs and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
