Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products, seeks an Account Representative for a hybrid role in the field. The position begins with a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge, and develop skills to become a sales representative.

First-year compensation ranges from $42,400 to $47,400 with a salary and bonus structure; mileage and cell phone reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customer locations within territory
• BYOD policy compliance
• Signing employment agreements as provided

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in designated territory
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow book of business
• Plan weekly visits to prioritize territory growth
• Demonstrate product knowledge to show value and quality
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas using approved programs
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in systems
