Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is hiring a Sales Trainee in Missouri to learn SGWS products, industry trends, and consultative selling techniques. You will support senior sales staff and the Area Sales Manager while developing your own territory knowledge.

You will build customer relationships, plan visits, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities to drive incremental sales and contribute to the team's success in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Qualifications

• State Sales Permit required
• Ability to analyze data and information
• Proficient with SGWS technology
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as needed
• Must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible customer relationships and plan visits with clear objectives
• Discover and identify customer growth needs and develop growth plans
• Analyze data to increase sales and build a pipeline of opportunities
• Position SGWS products and propose selling solutions to win sales
• Maintain accurate information in Proof CRM and participate in meetings and trainings
