Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Missouri is seeking a Sales Trainee who will learn SGWS products, develop consultative selling skills, and support more senior sales staff and the Area Sales Manager in servicing customers.

You will build relationships, preplan visits, analyze data to identify growth opportunities and help create growth plans for each account while maintaining product knowledge and using Proof CRM to document activity.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a State Sales Permit.
• Ability to analyze data and information.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible customer relationships based on trust.
• Preplan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities.
