Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Trainee in Missouri to learn SGWS products, industry insights, and consultative selling. You will support senior sales staff and the Area Sales Manager in servicing customers and driving growth across accounts.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel. You will gain hands-on exposure to sales processes, CRM documentation, and on-site training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn SGWS products, industry and consultative sales.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible customer relationships based on trust.
• Preplan account visits with an agenda, service purpose and opportunities.
• Discover and identify customer growth needs and develop growth plans.
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives.
• Build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales.
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit notes in CRM.
• Propose selling solutions and win the sale using consultative skills.
• Travel as needed and maintain a current driver's license.
