Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a motivated Trainee Sales Consultant to learn our product lines and proven sales approach. You will support senior staff and assist in servicing customers, while building relationships and gathering market insights.

Based in St. Charles, MO, the role emphasizes training on accounts, planning visits, and growing customer business through structured sales tactics and data analysis. Travel as required to drive success.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a State Sales Permit as required by state law.
• Ability to analyze data and information to identify sales opportunities.
• Ability to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient with mobile devices and professional communication methods.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn SGWS products, industry knowledge, and consultative sales techniques.
• Support senior sales staff and the Area Sales Manager in servicing customers.
• Build positive customer relationships and preplan account visits.
• Identify customer growth opportunities and develop growth plans for accounts.
• Maintain account information in the Proof CRM application and participate in trainings.
