Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Saint Charles, Missouri seeks a Sales Trainee to learn our products, industry insights, and consultative sales. You will support senior staff and the Area Sales Manager, building strong customer relationships and preplanning visits with clear goals.

You will develop growth plans for each account, analyze data to drive incremental sales, and document activities in Proof CRM while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• State Sales Permit required and continuous data analysis ability.
• Able to build customer presentations and product proposals.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and mobile devices.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build positive customer relationships and plan visits with a clear purpose.
• Discover growth needs and develop a customer business growth plan.
• Analyze data to increase sales and drive incremental opportunities.
• Maintain account plans, visit notes, and CRM documentation.
• Visit accounts regularly and participate in sales meetings and supplier events.
