Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn SGWS products, selling approach, and customer service fundamentals. You will support senior sales staff and Area Sales Managers in servicing and selling to customers, building relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.

The role requires travel as needed, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while leveraging SGWS technology and CRM tools to document activities

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit.
• Able to analyze and interpret data and information.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and mobile devices.
• Capable of building and presenting product proposals to customers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.

• Build positive customer relationships and preplan visits with clear goals.
• Identify customer growth needs and develop a business growth plan for each account.
• Analyze data to increase sales and drive incremental opportunities.
• Maintain product knowledge and present SGWS offerings effectively in accounts.
• Document account activity in the Proof CRM system and participate in meetings and trainings.
