Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn our products, industry, and consultative sales approach. You will support senior reps and the Area Sales Manager in servicing customers and identifying growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes building trusted customer relationships, preplanning visits, and developing growth plans while leveraging SGWS technology and CRM tools to drive incremental sales.

Qualifications

• Must be able to secure a State Sales Permit per state laws.
• Capable of analyzing data and presenting findings clearly.
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as needed.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with customers and deliver credible presentations.
• Preplan account visits with agendas and selling opportunities.
• Analyze data to grow customer business and hit objectives.
• Develop growth plans for each account and manage pipelines.
• Maintain visit plans, capture notes, and document in Proof CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings and on-site trainings.
