Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Trainee in Missouri to learn our products, markets, and consultative sales approach. You will support senior sales staff and the Area Sales Manager while building strong customer relationships and developing growth plans.

The role emphasizes data-driven account planning, effective presentations, and adaptive selling in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be needed as part of full-time duties.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to secure and maintain a state sales permit and to travel as needed.
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication tools.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling capabilities.
• Able to analyze data, present insights, and support account planning.

Responsabilidades

• Learn SGWS products, industry and consultative selling approaches.
• Support senior sales staff and Area Sales Manager in servicing customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with credibility and trust.
• Preplan account visits with purpose, agenda and selling opportunities.
• Develop customer growth plans and identify business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM to document visits and opportunities.
• Attend sales meetings and supplier events as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
