Herc Rentals, based in Miami, is seeking a ProSales Associate to start a career in equipment sales. You will participate in Herc Rentals’ Black and Gold Academy, a 12‑month immersive sales training program designed to prepare you for a Territory Sales Representative role.

You will shadow experienced reps, visit job sites, and gain hands‑on experience in account management, lead generation, and field sales while building knowledge across the equipment portfolio.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of sales experience or relevant customer facing experience.
• Recent graduates or early career candidates encouraged to apply.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Interest in a long term sales career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsabilités

• Participate in Herc Rentals’ Black and Gold Academy, a structured, high impact sales development program.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives in the field and visit customer job sites.
• Assist with customer outreach, lead generation and supporting revenue growth within territories.
• Learn core branch operations and gain exposure to specialty segments and equipment portfolio.
• Prepare for placement into a Territory Sales Representative role after program completion.
