Reynolds and Reynolds in Dayton, OH, is hiring an Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee to join a 12-month training program combining field and classroom sessions at Reynolds University. You will learn dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills while paired with a Sales Mentor.

Upon completion, you relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional, with relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal violations.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month sales training program combining field and classroom instruction.
• Relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional after training.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive dealerships.
