The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks motivated and hardworking Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During the training you will travel 80-100% with overnight stays, work with your Sales Mentor, and relocate to an assigned territory after completion to become a Sales Professional.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to relocate after training.
• Ability to travel (80-100%) during training.
• Excellent time management.
