Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom instruction at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training, expect 80-100% travel and relocation after completion to an assigned territory. Upon graduation, you will become a Sales Professional, selling high-end software solutions and services to automotive clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Relocation after successful completion of the training program.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month training program combining field and classroom instruction.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and drive sales growth.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive clients.
