Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program, combining field-based and classroom learning, located at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

Relocation to a territory occurs after training to pursue quotas. During training you will travel 80-100% with a Sales Mentor, then work as a Sales Professional in your assigned territory with a company car and relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel overnight 80–100% during training.
• Valid driver’s license; clean record in last 3–5 years; relocation after training.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month sales training program (field and classroom).
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Meet monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive customers.
• Travel with customer service and installation teams to learn products and processes.
• Promote Reynolds products and services and develop new customer relationships.
