Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with both field-based and classroom-style training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training, expect 80-100% travel with overnight stays to learn our automotive industry products. After completing the program, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting quotas by selling

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and no OVI/DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program combining field-based and classroom training.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and start as a Sales Professional.
• Achieve monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers.
• Travel with the sales team during training to gain product knowledge and customer exposure.
